GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE VITTA 10-YEAR GUARANTEE:

All our products have been manufactured subject to the strictest quality controls to certify optimal performance.

The guarantee of this product covers manufacturing defects and is therefore exclusively a product guarantee.

This guarantee does not cover product breakages in transit or in the course of installation, reactions to chemical agents (please consult cleaning guidelines and resistances table), water hardness or excessive limescale nor does it cover expenses incurred by damage due to inappropriate use or use for any purpose other than the one for which the product is intended.

In general, any damage to the product which cannot be attributed to the manufacturer is excluded.

RESISTANCES TABLE

Tests conducted from a practical point of view with products that may come into contact with the shower tray. However, in case of doubt regarding the use of chemical products to clean the tray, please contact us and we will happy to provide advice.

In general, any cleaning products that contain aggressive acids or solvents are not suitable.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

Orders with Vitta Group Ltd. must be placed formally via email addressed to the assigned sales representative. No telephone orders, or orders placed by any other means, will be accepted.

Price lists may be subject to change without notice. All prices are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes.

The customer is solely responsible for fulfilling the terms of payment for their purchases and for taking delivery of them at the place previously specified. In the event of non-payment, Vitta Group Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or delay the order in question until the outstanding account has been settled.

The purchaser is responsible for inspecting and checking the goods received and if any manufacturing defects or errors are found in the fulfilment of the order the customer must notify Vitta Group Ltd. within 4 calendar days.

No returns of orders will be accepted for goods that are currently being manufactured.

Vitta Group Ltd. will only consider accepting goods that are returned if they have been palletized and packed exactly as they were originally delivered to the customer. The return process has to be approved by Vitta Group Ltd., which will then either bear the costs incurred by the return or will make arrangements directly for shipping them.

Vitta Group reserves the right to make any changes it sees fit to the Conditions of Sale.

OBJECT

These General Terms and Conditions govern the use (including mere access) of the Web pages comprising the Vitta Group (Onyxtrade BG LTD) Site, including the content and services made available therein.
